It’s built by people who have been going to the festival for years. What started out as a small one-day, 100-person event has grown into a well-known grassroots festival, but still maintains its intimate charm.
Good music, good food, kids exploring and families making memories. It doesn't try to be more than that and that's exactly why people keep coming back.

A whole field dedicated to family fun. From circus skills, to science workshops, craft tents and kids yoga… we’ve got you covered.
Four music stages
Four stages each capturing their own unique atmosphere and genre. From folk to electronic - there’s something for everyone.

Wellness field with yoga, family silent disco, Makers' Meadow craft workshops for all ages, delicious food and street entertainers.
Room to roam
Set in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside, you can enjoy rolling fields, woodland areas and plenty of space to explore!
Just for babies
The Little Pips caravan is a quiet space to feed, change and settle your babies. Claire from Little Pips is on hand all weekend.
Family camping
Hot showers, coffee and café truck. There’s also an on-site shop when you've run out of anything. The campsite is quiet and family-friendly.

Yes, genuinely. There's a whole field dedicated to children called the Wonder Burrow, with circus skills, music workshops, arts and crafts and street entertainers.
For babies and very little ones, The Little Pips' caravan is on site. It’s a quiet space to feed, change, settle and grab a cup of tea. Claire is there throughout the weekend if you need a hand. -
Relaxed, friendly and not overwhelming - that's how most people describe it. It's a small festival by design, which means it never feels chaotic.
There are Festival Samaritans on site all weekend and the whole event is run by a team of volunteers who care about getting it right. It's been a family fixture in Monmouthshire for years for good reason. -
Independent food stalls cover a good range of world cuisines and there’s plenty of options for kids, fussy eaters and dietary needs alike.
The Silver Circle Distillery runs a pop-up restaurant across the weekend (Pitch Up Pizza on Friday is always a hit with families), and Devauden's locally sourced ciders and ales keep the adults happy too. -
The campsite has hot showers, fresh water, toilets, pizza van and a cafe truck for those much needed coffees!
You'll need a separate camping ticket alongside your festival ticket - we’d suggest selecting Quiet Camping for families.
If you're coming in a campervan, caravan or any vehicle you're sleeping in, you'll need a motor camping ticket instead.

They do. Children under 6 don't need a paid ticket but you do need to add their free ticket when you check out, as they'll need it to get in. They must be accompanied by an adult and we recommend writing your number on a paper wristband for them to wear over the weekend.
For children aged 6–17, under 18 tickets apply. It's also worth knowing that the family ticket covers two adults and two children aged 6–17 - effectively one child goes free compared to buying individually.
