Terms and Conditions

Tickets are not refundable unless we cancel the festival. Tickets are transferable so you may give your ticket to someone else to use.

Tickets are for the festival as a whole and we do not guarantee the advertised line-up of artists, activities, traders or facilities. We will not give refunds because of a change to the advertised line-up.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the festival who in the view of the festival directors is causing a public nuisance, committing illegal acts or poses a danger to other attendees and we may inform the police or other authorities of such activity. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

We reserve the right to remove from the festival or refuse entry to the festival anyone who provides alcohol to people under the age of 18, who consumes illegal drugs or who supplies illegal drugs to others and we may inform the police of such activity and provide evidence to them. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

We do not permit attendees to bring alcoholic drinks into the main festival site or take them out of the main festival site. If we detect that an attendee is doing this we will confiscate the drinks in question, and/or refuse entry to the festival. You may bring your own alcohol to the campsite.

We have a legal requirement to operate CCTV and perform bag/clothing searches and therefore entrance to the festival site by an attendee is conditional on them agreeing to be filmed and to undergo such searches. We may share any film with the police and other authorities.

You must not bring any animal to the festival site, apart from an assistance animal. This applies on the whole site including in the camping areas and car parks.

You can pitch one tent next to a camper van, caravan, trailer tent or other vehicle used for sleeping, but it must fit within the motor camping pitch of 4m x 8m or within a pre-purchased extended motor camping pitch (6m x 8m).

A tent camping ticket entitles you to pitch a single tent up to 20 square metres in outer floor area including guy ropes. If you need a larger area please purchase additional camping tickets.

A motor camping ticket and a tent camping ticket entitles up to 6 people to stay in a single vehicle/caravan or tent respectively.

You must not start an open fire. You may use a gas stove or barbecue in the campsite as long as it is off the ground.

You must not use a generator.

You must not fly a drone over the festival site or control a drone from the festival site.

You must not enter any backstage or out of bounds area unless authorised to do so by a member of the festival organising team.

You must leave the festival site by 12pm on Monday 25 May 2026, and remove all your belongings including tents, tent pegs and waste.

We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time.
